A wealthy Landlord named Jagannath Singh (Dilip Kumar) is shot dead in his own home by unkown assailants. Police Inspector Khan (Avtar Gill), is assigned to investigate the murder mustery and solve the case at any cost. Khan brings up the case before Judge Amarnath Singh, who is none other than the twin brother of the deceased
