Chandu (Ravi Kumar) and Ram Babu (Venkat Ramana) are unemployed and a fit for nothing duo. They also apply for the posts of sub inspectors and during their training sessions they end up in a brawl with the trainer! They are sent off from the Academy but the kind DIG asks them to work as informers
